Why would our Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ want us to become like children?
Children have many characteristics and Attributes that we lose as we grow up, for example : they are willing to learn, they trust everything you say, they are full of light, love and laughter. We were teaching this girl and we asked her little cousin as she was playing with a barbie, ' do you believe in Jesus Christ'? Yes she said without missing a beat. That is exactly what our Savior is talking about! How easy it is to believe, we just have to put aside our carnal minds and view life with the spirit that has been given to us.
I invite everyone to work at humbling ourselves that we may become as little children.
submissive, meek, humble, patient, full of love, willing to submit to all things which the Lord seeth fit to inflict upon us, even as a child doth submit to his father.
